Course Description
Why are some colleagues too blunt, ramble on, or double-check every detail? Everyone behaves and communicates differently, but those differences don't have to cause friction.
In this workshop, you’ll learn the different behavioral styles, discover which one is your default (maybe it’s not them, it's you), and explore how to adapt to boost collaboration, gain buy-in, and influence others.
Audience: Managers
Duration: 90 minutes
Learning objectives include:
Use the Relationship Bank Account concept: more deposits increase trust and influence, while more withdrawals create distance
Gain awareness and appreciation for different behavioral styles with the DISC model (There’s a reason why that person seems like they have a chip on their shoulder!)
Understand how and when to adjust your communication to build rapport, and take things less personally
