FAQs
1. What is Feed Learning?
Feed Learning is a talent and organizational development firm. We provide engaging and interactive training workshops, coaching, and consulting engagements to help upskill employees and managers and make an impact on the business.
2. What size companies does Feed Learning work with?
We work primarily with small to mid-size organizations — typically companies with 50 to 1,000 employees. That said, we've partnered with larger organizations too. If you're looking for a boutique experience with a dedicated team (not a rotating cast of strangers), you're in the right place.
3. How is your cohort-based leadership development program structured?
Each cohort brings together a group of 6–10 managers to learn in the same sessions over time. Instead of one-off training that fades quickly, our programs build community, accountability, and real behavior change. Managers learn alongside peers who are facing the same challenges, which makes the learning stick. The leadership development program is a multi-session journey that builds skills progressively over time. Workshop topics include delivering feedback, influencing others, leading through change, and managing high-performance teams. The program also includes one-on-one coaching, low-stakes practice simulations, and reinforcement exercises to turn behaviors into habits. Programs typically last 6 months.
4. Do you offer one-off workshops?
Yes! We also offer single session workshops focused on one skill, like delivering feedback or managing difficult conversations. Both are valuable; it just depends on where your organization is and what your managers need most right now.
5. Are your workshops in-person or online?
Both. We design and facilitate sessions that work both in-person and virtually. The experience is intentionally interactive regardless of the format.
6. How long are the workshops?
Our workshops are typically 90 minutes long, but we can tailor the length to match the needs of your team.
7. What topics are covered in the Leadership Development Program?
Most clients choose the following 5 workshops in their Leadership Development Program:
Delivering Feedback
Effective One-On-One Meetings
Influencing Others
High-Performance Teams
Leading Through Change
Other popular workshops include: Coaching & Development Others, Leading with Empathy, Managing Difficult Conversations, Disrupting Bias at Work, and Behavioral-Based Interviewing.
8. How do I know if my managers need leadership training?
A few signs we hear often: managers are avoiding tough conversations and hold their teams accountable, managers don’t know how to run productive one-on-one meetings, team engagement is low, new managers were promoted because they were great individual contributors — not because they were trained to lead. If any of that sounds familiar, it's worth a conversation.
9. Can your programs be customized for our company culture?
Yes! And, that's actually one of the things that sets us apart. We don't show up with a generic slide deck. We take time to understand your culture, your team, and your specific challenges before we design anything. The content, examples, and approach are all tailored to fit your organization.
10. What does the process look like when we start working together?
It starts with a single discovery conversation where we learn about your goals, your team, and your culture. From there, we handle the heavy lifting — design, materials, facilitation, and follow-up. Most clients are surprised by how low-lift it is on their end. We take care of 99% of the process so you can focus on everything else on your plate.
