A space to talk through real challenges at work.
Honest dialogue. Practical perspective. Shared learning.
What It Is:
LeaderHubs are small-group, facilitated conversations for those looking to brush up their leadership skills, regardless of role.
We bring together a diverse group of professionals to talk through real leadership challenges, reflect on shared experiences, and learn from one another in a structured but low-pressure environment.
Conversations can be anywhere from “how do I say no to my boss” to “how do I advocate for myself at work.”
No lectures, no webinars. Just interactive, practical conversations about the leadership challenges you're actually facing.
Who Can Attend:
Anyone who has attended (or plans to attend) a Feed Learning workshop is welcome to join.
What You’ll Gain:
Perspective from peers navigating similar challenges across roles and industries
New skills and tools, or even validation on things you already know
Clearer language, confidence, and shared frameworks they can apply immediately
How It Works:
Join the LeaderHub update list to be notified when new sessions are scheduled each month.
Share questions or real situations ahead of time to help shape the session topics.
Participate in a facilitated, 60-minute conversation led by a Feed Learning coach
Engage in small breakout discussions, followed by a group share-back to surface insights and patterns
The format is simple, flexible, and designed to reflect what participants want to get out of the hour.
