360 Assessments
A 360 is a tool to help someone understand what it's like to work with them, through the eyes of their manager, peers, direct reports, and other stakeholders.
What’s Inside the Report?
Greatest Strengths - These items are identified as strengths because they received the highest overall ratings from the raters. These are the top behavioral statements ordered from highest average score.
Hidden Strengths - Refers to attributes where others scored you higher than you scored yourself. The difference in scores may indicate that you do not realize others believe you are strong in this area.
Areas of Opportunity - These items are identified as areas of opportunity because they received the lowest overall ratings from the raters. These are the behavioral statements with the lowest average scores.
Blind Spots - Refers to attributes where you scored yourself higher than others scored you. These are areas where you can focus on specific improvement.
You’ll get to see honest, candid feedback from the people you work with most.
