Managing Difficult Conversations

Do you avoid difficult conversations at work? Maybe you don’t want to rock the boat, don’t know how to start, or are afraid of how the other person will react. We’re taught to be team players and avoid conflict at work, but that in itself doesn’t foster better relationships. This workshop will teach you how to navigate uncomfortable conversations, turn them into learning experiences, and build trust.
