As the L&D Program Coordinator at Feed Learning, Kiera manages the logistics that keep client programs running smoothly. With experience in operations across tech, real estate, and nonprofits, she’s built her career around connecting people and processes to make systems work better for those they serve. Her journey into Learning & Development started at Dropbox, where managing L&D operations sparked her passion for how learning can build culture, foster connection, and help people grow as thoughtful humans and stronger leaders. 

Outside of work, Kiera enjoys cooking for friends and family, diving into creative projects, and planning her next adventure. Creative at heart and operations-savvy by day, Kiera’s guiding principle is to approach her work with curiosity, care, and a people-first mindset.
