About Us
Feed Learning is a boutique talent development firm serving clients in the NYC metro area and beyond. We help managers build confidence and strengthen their leadership skills. Through tailored training and coaching, we equip leaders to lead high-performing teams.
Our unique approach includes comprehensive reinforcement programs, creating meaningful change that extends well beyond the workplace. These programs help learners retain knowledge, apply what they learn, and transform behaviors into habits. Our services include Leadership Development Programs, one-on-one coaching, and talent & organizational development consulting.
Role Overview
The Learning & Development Program Coordinator will be essential in ensuring the smooth delivery of our workshops and programs. Reporting directly to the founder, you’ll handle scheduling, coordinate logistics, provide technical support during training sessions, manage participant communication, collect and analyze feedback, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our programs. As Feed Learning grows, this role may expand—offering opportunities to take on more hours and step into facilitation, coaching, or consulting for the right candidate.
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone open to part-time work who has experience in HR or L&D and is excited to grow their career in Learning & Development—whether in operations, instructional design, coaching, facilitation, or consulting. You’re resourceful, proactive, and comfortable figuring things out even when all the details aren’t clear. You genuinely care about helping people learn and succeed, communicate openly, and keep others in the loop. You take ownership of your work, welcome feedback, and aren’t afraid to share ideas or challenge the status quo. Most importantly, you care about impact and meaningful results—not just checking boxes.
