Jeff Fanselow is an accomplished Learning & Development professional with over 25 years of experience in training facilitation, program management, and coaching. He is also one of the kindest and coolest people you’ll ever meet. Jeff was laid off from CBS Corporation back in May 2020 and shares his experience searching for work during a pandemic. He opens up about the role he plays as a white male in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion space. Towards the end of the episode, he recounts dealing with strong personalities in the workplace and provides sound advice for people who want to develop and gain control of their careers.

Jeff Fanselow has over 25 years of experience delivering training programs around topics such as business productivity and professional skills development, management development, and diversity and inclusion, in companies including CBS Corporation, Williams-Sonoma, VMware, and Siebel Systems. He recently launched FanSolo Learning, LLC, a training consultancy focused on the human component of managing people. He currently lives in San Francisco with his husband Kevin and dogs Hank and Junior.
